Vanessa Leal  holds a License degree in History (Archeology variant) from the NOVA University of Lisbon. She holds a Master’s degree in Museology from the Lusófona University with a dissertation entitled Ateliers de Desenho nos Serviços Educativos. She worked at the Centro de Arqueologia de Almada, the Viúva Lamego factory, the Museum of Sacred Art at Funchal, and the National Azulejo Museum, in Lisbon.
