PhD student

She holds a Master's degree in History of Art and Cultural Heritage from the School of Arts and Humanities, University of Lisbon (FLUL), with the project A azulejaria portuguesa do século XVIII: uma abordagem iconográfica / Portuguese tiles of the 18th century: an iconographic approach (2022).

She currently holds a doctoral scholarship in the field of Cultural Heritage, under the Science in Heritage programme (DGPC-FCT 2023), within which she is developing her thesis on the floral vases (albarradas) in Portuguese tiles (1675-1800), used in situ and in the collection of the National Azulejo Museum (MNAz). She is a member of the Az hub within the Az Infinitum - Azulejo Indexation and Referencing System project, which she is using as a cataloguing tool in her thesis. Her main research interests are ornamental compositions in tiles.
